This Globe GG24TG Countertop Griddle is efficient and easy to clean. With high-performance U-style burners, this Gas Griddle offers heat control every 12" and a flame every 6". Its thermostatic design maximizes operator control by providing a flexible 200°F - 575°F temperature range. The 1" thick steel griddle has been highly polished to ensure an easy cleaning process. The stainless steel trough catches excess grease while its 3-1/2" side guards block grease from splashing on the surrounding counter space. This GG24TG uses natural gas but comes with a liquid propane conversion kit and regulator for applications where LP is preferred.
