Purpose-built for busy commercial kitchens, the 36" Garland G Starfire Pro modular range combines the intense heat of two 33,000 BTU Starfire Pro open burners with the versatility of a full-size 24" griddle section. Heavy-duty construction, precision controls and easy-clean surfaces make it the chef-preferred choice for short-order lines, hotel kitchens and high-volume restaurants.

Starfire Pro 2-piece cast-iron open burners deliver fast heat recovery and even flame spread.
24" griddle features a 5/8" (15 mm) smooth steel plate with 23" (584 mm) working depth for superior heat retention.
Manual Hi/Lo valve control for each griddle burner lets you dial-in the perfect sear or low-heat hold.
Ergonomic split cast-iron top & ring grates—lightweight sections lift out for rapid cleaning.
Stainless steel front, sides, 5" (127 mm) plate rail, plus 2-piece backguard with removable shelf.
